Make Execvp Install Permission Denied

Windows 7 using VMWare Player running Ubuntu Linux 13.10 Follows procedure outline on Mozilla Wiki for Fennec build: The error occurs while or shortly after processing passwrdmgr and adt-bundle-linux/sdk/build-tools/android-4.4: make[5] execvp Permissions Denied.
